We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days.

Please note that some orders may take longer to process if additional information is needed, such as incomplete payment, missing shipping details, or high order volume during peak seasons. If any issues arise, we will contact you via email to resolve them before your order is shipped.

Missing Items or Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

  • Check with neighbors or household members to see if they accept the package.
  • Inspect common delivery locations such as porches, mailrooms, or building lobbies.
  • Use the tracking link to check for notes from the courier (e.g., package left at reception).

If you still cannot locate your order, please contact us within 7 days of the reported delivery date by emailing sales@jackhafford.com. We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order after payment, please reach out to us as soon as possible at sales@jackhafford.com. We’ll do our best to assist, but cancellations are not guaranteed since orders are often sent to our warehouse quickly after being placed.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel it. In this case, you are welcome to return the item once it arrives following our Return Policy.
