How do I place an order?
You can browse our products by exploring the latest arrivals or browsing through specific collections. Once you find an item you like, click on it to view more details and select the size or color if applicable.
To purchase, add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout by clicking the cart icon. At checkout, enter your shipping details, billing information, and payment method to complete your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal. All orders are processed in USD, and the total amount will be displayed at checkout before confirming your purchase.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. This usually arrives within 5 to 15 minutes after placing your order.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at sales@jackhafford.com as soon as possible.
Please note: Once your order has been prepared for shipping or has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified. In such cases, you will need to wait for delivery and initiate a return if necessary.

We offer the following shipping rates:

- International: $8.99
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7 to 10 business days after processing
- International: 10 to 14 business days after processing
Processing time is usually 1 to 3 business days before shipment.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited or priority shipping.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our Track Order page here:

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
